- Old The Best retains the right to price, promote, and sell your item based on market trends and internal guidelines.
- Payment will be issued to the consignor within 14 business days after the item is sold.
- Items not sold within 90 days may be returned or discounted at the consignor’s discretion.
- Item shell be picked up within 30 days after release, Old The Best has the right to donate after this period
- A standard consignment commission will be deducted from the final selling price. Specific rates will be discussed upon item review.
- Unclaimed Items: Any item that is rejected, declined, or returned for pickup must be collected by the Consignor within thirty (30) days of notification. Old The Best reserves the right to donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of any unclaimed items beyond this period without further notice.
