At Old The Best, every piece is carefully curated and uniquely one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of our preloved treasures, all items are sold as-is. Once an item is sold, it becomes final and non-refundable. Each piece is truly one of a kind, not only in style, but also in its condition, natural aging, and character. 

Exchange or store credit may be considered within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt; items must be unworn, with tags, and meet conditional standards. Once an exchange is approved, the item must be brought back to the boutique within 3 business days. The item must go through condition and authenticity verification before the exchange or store credit process. Typical verification timing: 5-8 business days.

All items are authenticated by our in-house experts or trusted third-party services. Old The Best Vintage offers lifetime authenticity guarantees. In the rare event of a verified authenticity dispute, we will work with the client to review authentication and determine the appropriate remedy.
